HOUSE BILL 1249 WOULD MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO STEAL CATTLE

Rep. Wade Rousselot says his bill will close a loophole in current law that allows someone to enter private property to retrieve their own animal without permission. Cattle thieves have taken advantage of the loophole.
